About Us

Who are we? We are a partnership of two companies, HowlingMedia Ltd and Creation Internet Services Ltd.

Why neighbours online? Well, our profession as businessmen meant we worked long and unsociable hours, so we hardly ever got to meet our neighbours. Being quiet sociable people, we decided to do something about it and we came up with the idea of neighbours online for our own housing development. Using the forums everyone on the development was able to get to know each other. It was a huge success and continues to prove its usefulness every day.

We loved the sense of community created by our website, so we sat down and worked out how we could do it for others. So we formed Neighbours Online and by nurturing business relationships with Managing Agents, Estate Agents and Tradesmen, we can now offer our service to other developments, and it’s totally free for residents.
